The breakfast/dining area, brining with light connects to a separate kitchen, providing everything you need for relaxed mealtimes. Upstairs are two comfortable double bedrooms. One includes a z-bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements, while the second has an en-suite bathroom with a shower over bath, WC, and basin. Outside, guests can unwind in the enclosed rear garden, complete with outdoor furniture, perfect for alfresco dining or a quiet morning coffee. Parking; on street parking is available directly outside on a first-come basis, great for unloading and loading, (it can be busy during peak times). More additional free roadside parking is available nearby, and a pay-and-display car park can be found in the village centre and longer stay along the coast, both within a few minutes’ walk. The cottage enjoys a fantastic location in Mundesley, one of Norfolk’s most loved seaside villages. Within a few minutes’ walk, you’ll find shops, cafés, pub, and on the edge of the village is the golf course. The village green offers a peaceful spot with gardens and a children’s play area, while the promenade and sandy beach are ideal for swimming, sunbathing, or scenic coastal walks. For those looking to explore further, the Norfolk Coast Path, Cromer, Overstrand, and the Broads National Park are all within easy reach, making this an excellent base for discovering North Norfolk.

The cottage was lovely. It is perfectly positioned for the centre of the village, the park, the seafront and the beach and everything is really easy to walk to.The cottage itself was very comfortable with 2 lovely sized bedrooms . There is one bathroom upstairs accessed through the back bedroom. We had our grandson with us who didn’t disturb us if he walked through in the night but there is also a downstairs toilet which was really useful The stairs are narrow where they turn at the top but there are 2 useful handrails so is not a problem.The downstairs felt lovely and spacious and we also enjoyed sitting in the courtyard when the sun was shining The parking can be a challenge but there is the pay and display across the park or on street parking if you look around the village if needed.Overall a lovely break, thank you

The description was a little unclear , bedroom with en-suite should state this is the only bathroom lucky we were friends that went but could be a little awkward walking through the bedroom to use the bathroom . Limited takeaway delivery’s , and also tried to get a taxi which we could not book . Location very close to the beach 5/10 mins away .

Nice clean comfortable cottage in village centre, which has a limited number of shops. Dog friendly beach 10 minutes walk away. Good location for a quiet get away break.
