This was our second visit and all the details that made things so enjoyable last time were just the same. The welcome pack and afternoon tea, plus delicious cake for our return visit, were amazing, and the cottage was as well equiped and comfortable as before. Lovely comfy kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. The location is lovely and peaceful with walks on the local lanes and woods, and easy access to the coast and the broads, so we enjoyed daily outings and then returned to relax in the garden or inside depending on the weather. We booked our 2027 dates before leaving !

Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming , on arrival they made us a beautiful afternoon tea including sandwiches, home made sausage rolls and cake, plus a breakfast hamper with croissants etc and my favorite prosecco. They even celebrated my birthday, which was the reason for the trip. The cottage was brilliant, clean and comfortable, we had the best weeks sleep ever. The surrounding country side was peaceful and beautiful, with lots to do within easy travelling.Definitely 5+ starsThank you Jan and Steve
