This brick cottage gives good year-round holiday accommodation, just 200 yards from the sandy beach and close to both the Norfolk Broads and Great Yarmouth. The Broads offer good fishing, birdwatching and sailing and there are several local golf courses. Great Yarmouth has all the traditional seaside facilities, including two piers, leisure pool, sealife centre, butterfly centre and theatres. The property may be booked together with nearby property 10297 (sleeps 6) and 15260 (sleeps 5) to accommodate the larger family party. Shop and pub 100 yards.

Enjoyable stay in a warm, comfortable cottage. The overall feel of the cottage would be much improved by some basic decorating.

Overall we found Primrose Cottage spacious and tidy, with both the lounge and main bedroom larger than expected. The back garden was secure, safe & roomy for our dog.The kitchen was supplied with the basics needed. However we did feel this could be improved with a few other touches (kitchen surface cleaner, hand soap, salt and pepper, along with some tin foil and cling film). We appreciated the air fryer (not sure that the oven on the grill was working).We felt that the lounge would benefit from a side lamp to save having the main lights on in the evening.The bedrooms had good storage and a hairdryer. As it was very windy during our stay we found the blinds noisy if the windows were open.We felt that the bathroom although adequate was in need of a revamp.The tea, coffee, milk and chocolates were very welcome after a long journey.Overall a nice Cottage and would recommend.
