Lovely location to explore the beach and watch the waves and sunrise. The Perfect base for exploring local areas. We visited Wells on the sea, worth a visit for the sea shells, exploring the forest and seeing the colourful beach huts. West Runston great for rock pools and searching for fossils. Beds clean and comfortable, kitchen well equipped, gardens pretty and well maintained. However cleanliness let it down, as it wasn’t very clean as pet hairs on sofas and in bedrooms, large bathroom needs cleaning as tiles clearly dirty and children’s stickers not cleaned off. Flies and dust in windows especially in the conservatory, and kitchen surfaces and equipment needed cleaning. Also found loads of left behind rubbish and items on arrival including medication in drawers.

What a gem this bungalow is. Perfectly clean everything you need in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms all with quality furnishings. And the space is unbelievable. The bungalow was lovely and warm it was perfect, home from home. I am so glad we have already booked to come back next December. Don’t forget to visit the seals if you are there in December and January.
