In the open-plan living space, a generous sofa and dining area form a relaxed spot for time together. A practical, well-equipped kitchen makes holiday meals easy, and two calm sleeping areas include one with a king-size and one with a single for flexible stays. The modern facilities are convenient yet the character of the original stable gently shows through. Step outside to a small front garden with seating, a pleasant place for a quiet morning drink or to unwind in the evening. Mobile reception can occasionally be limited here due to the rural setting. From the village, explore scenic walking and cycling routes, discover the waterways and wildlife of the Norfolk Broads, or spend the day in Norwich with its independent shops, restaurants, magnificent cathedral and historic castle, before returning to your welcoming retreat.

Good location, lovely and clean with milk, coffee and biscuits on arrival. Microwave, oven, coffee machine and kettle in the kitchen. Good size parking spot got the van on easily. 20 mins to Cromer, 15 mins to Wroxham so location lovely. Lots of fields to walk the dog. Good size shower and lovely hot water. Clever entrance way enough room to dry yourselves and the dog when caught in the rain. Host very friendly and guided us into the property when sat nav had stopped. Checked in a few times with quick responses. Only grumble was the very weak Vodafone wifi. The main bed was very firm not my cup of tea but wife loved it.

Very nice place great being all on one floor for my disabled wife , good location its difficult to find at first only a small sign that could do with a light when dark, but once in very good would deffently go back.
