Exquisite destination! The property is pure joy. The decor stunning and the photos dont do it justice! Everything is thought of ... to milk in the fridge!Horning is gorgeous with pubs on the broad and so peaceful. Wroxham 5 mins away if you want more facilities like fuel and supermarkets. Best of both worlds. Mick and Julie really do make sure your stay is very comfortable.

We booked for 6 nights in March. The property is centrally located in the small village if Horning, in the Norfolk Broads.Property is accessible via a coaching entrance. Property is decorated with a Venetian theme throughout and is opulent with chandeliers and a lovely comfy sofa. The main bedroom has a huge bed which was very comfy and the kitchen has everything you would need. The garden to the rear of the property would be lovely in the warmer weather and there is a BBQ for use too. There are 2 pubs within walking distance (however the swan was closed for a refurb when we were there) and the river is just a walk across the road.Would recommend.
