Good spacious accommodation with a large living area and amazing panoramic views of the countryside. However, there are no blinds/curtains to provide shade or additional warmth. No obvious information about the local area. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Gave us a good base to explore North Norfolk and enjoy everything from the sound of low flying jets, to a wonderful afternoon tea at Sandringham.

I found this to be a large spacious modern accommodation with lovely views. Very nice on a warm evening sitting outside watching the sunset. We went when there was a heatwave but we were able to keep cool as we had in there a large fan and all the glass doors can be opened right up. It’s just a 5 minute drive from Cromer, 15 minutes from Sheringham and about 35 minutes from Wroxham and they are all easy to get to. We only had one problem and that was when the electricity went down - but I am pleased to say the owners live in a property next door and they came over within 1 minute of me calling them and got the power back up instantly. The owners are very nice and helpful. We would certainly come here again.
