In a splendid position, within walking distance of the excellent sandy beach, this family home enjoys its own indoor swimming pool and conservatory with French doors opening on to the enclosed lawn garden. Comfortably furnished throughout offering spacious holiday accommodation. Equipped with all modern day comforts to provide a warm welcome at any time of year. Having no internals steps and the benefit of single level shower room/toilet offers suitability for guests with mobility difficulties. Easy driving distance of the Norfolk Broads, a haven for wildlife. The expanse of waterways is best explored by boat, daily motor launch hire and river trips are available with plenty of riverside restaurants and picnic opportunities. Traditional seaside town of Great Yarmouth,10 mile, for fun fair and amusements. Further afield are the seaside resorts of Cromer and Sheringham, famous for shell fish and Poppyline Steam Railway. Continue along the coastal route to rspb and salt marsh nature reserves for excellent walks and bird watching opportunities. Boat trips to visit the basking seal colonies and Blakeney Point Nature Reserve available from Blakeney and Morston Quay. Norwich, 18 miles, for excellent shopping, cafes, restaurants, theatre, cinema complexes, castle museum and cathedral. Shops 50 yards, pubs 150 yards.

Lovely well equipped and spacious cottage.Nice location, close to beach and handy local shop.Spotlessly clean, good supply of logs for the log burner.We were staying in late October so log burner much appreciated.The only negative was a lack of shelving in bathrooms and bedrooms for toiletries etcSo the only ‘useable’ surface was on top of dressing table which became very cluttered and having to carry things through to bathroom became a bit of a pain.Pool was superb! A very enjoyable stay and would return in a heartbeat! Highly reccomend

The Willows could be a brilliant holiday home , just needs some updating in certain areas. Some of the mattresses and pillows definitely need replacing. Crockery and cutlery needed so there is more than one set . Also there was only 2 hand towels for everyone not one each! Ended up having to buy some. Pool area needs a good clean.
