Guests say

Guests have consistently praised Park View for its peaceful setting, cleanliness, and the warm welcome provided by hosts Sharon and Will. The pod offers a cosy retreat with beautiful views, a fire pit, and a chance to connect with nature and animals. It's well-equipped for a comfortable stay, and despite its secluded location, it remains within easy reach of local amenities in Diss.

Reviewers frequently mention the pod being 'spotless' and 'perfectly clean', indicating a high standard of cleanliness that contributes to the overall positive experience.

The location is described as peaceful with lovely countryside views, and although it's a short drive from the town of Diss, the tranquil setting is highly valued by guests.

The pod is consistently referred to as 'cosy', 'comfortable', and 'warm', suggesting a high level of comfort for guests. However, it is noted that the space is small and best suited for up to three people.

Facilities are well-received with mentions of a well-stocked pod, fire pit, and BBQ. The presence of an on-site pond and animal interactions add to the appeal, though some guests suggest additional amenities like an air fryer.

Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches, such as a welcome pack and the provision of wood for the fire pit. While these gestures are warmly received, it's important to note that such offerings may vary and are not guaranteed.

Stayed here over Christmas and it was a lovely pod to stay in. The place was clean and really well thought out as to what you may need from spare dog leads to outside cushions, cutlery etc. it is comfortable for two maybe three if you have a young one. It is very dog friendly. We didn’t have a dog but it’s great for outdoor painting I took an easel and supplies with me. As long as you remember a few dust sheets so you don’t get on surroundings or wildlife it’s perfect! I shall return around spring or summer time for this purpose. It’s very safe for a secluded location and I would feel comfortable going on own as a woman because there is a house by the owners close by if you need them but it’s not overlooked so you get your privacy too. There is lots of wildlife such as rabbits and owls. They have meet and greet the ponies and beauty treatments by appointment and fishing We went to a few local eating places such as The Tea Pot, The Thatchers Needle and there is also delivery places. The fire pit and bar be q are fun. We were supplied with some wood to get going and was told we can have more if needed. Disposable bar bs and that are were handy that we purchased cheaply from Amazon I think some were left too by the owners. You could get a take away or an Amazon Prime if you find you forget things as it is out of the way yet still in civilisation. We were left a generous welcome pack. Has a sheltered outdoor table area so you can stay out if rains or shelter from sun. Has WiFi, tv, soda bed, double bed, table, fridge, kettle, hob, air fryer, kettle etc Although it was Christmas was still lovely and warm. It is well worth a visit.
