Situated on a peaceful lane in the village of Clenchwarton, and within walking distance of the shops and pub, this delightful annexe, adjacent to the owners’ home, provides an ideal holiday base from which to explore the area. Just a short drive from King’s Lynn, or take the ferry, as well as being close to the sandy beaches North Norfolk has to offer. There are nature reserves in the area, and the Royal Estate at Sandringham, with its visitor centre, is always worth a visit. Shop ¾ mile, pub serving food 1 mile.

The annex was very comfortable and had all the amenities required for a short break. The short ride on the ferry to access centre of kings Lynn was very convenient with parking also a regular bus into town from the main road. We walked along side the river which was was lovely. The weather was also a bonus, sunny everyday whilst we were there which was 16th to 20th March 2026.
