We had a lovely week in Cobblers Cottage. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The bedding, towels and little extra touches made our stay feel special. Everything we needed was available. Very well equipped kitchen. Perfect shower and overall ideal for our needs.If I could suggest anything, it would help if the master bedroom door could be fixed, it sticks and needs some attention. Also the mews were a bit cluttered and could do with better lighting. Other than that I would highly recommend again and again. There are numerous places to eat in the town. Our favourite was The Three Horseshoes Hotel, The food was excellent. Thanks to our hosts who were contactable if required. Overall 5 star.

We loved this cosy well quipped cottage with all home comforts. Amazing quiet location right in the heart of the town. Ideal for shops, eating out and a visit to the castle. Would definitely recommend the delicious cakes in the cafe next door. If you want to explore the walk down river to Egglestone Abbey is very pleasant.
