We stayed at Owl cottage for Christmas and had a lovely time. Owl cottage is in a lovely village and the locals are very friendly and welcoming. The cottage is a perfect location for many walks including High force and Low force waterfalls which are spectacular. The cottage has everything you need. Would highly recommend.

Lovely cosy cottage,its perfect for a single or couple. Be aware, don't try to park directly outside the cottage to unload, its a very small space - we found out the hard way ! Parking on main road a very short walk away. The cottage is ideally located five mins walk away from centre of village, really peaceful and quiet, just what we needed. The owner Janet very kindly messaged us before we arrived, really thoughtful and appreciated. Thankyou so much.
