The pretty lawned garden catches the sun all day and is the perfect place for your morning cup of tea or relaxing glass of wine later in the day.

A lovely living room with a Smart TV is perfect for those evenings in. You have two bedrooms; one twin and one double, and the property has an additional toilet as well as a family bathroom. Meadowfield View is the perfect location in a small cul-de-sac of a larger estate, offering you the opportunity to be close to many top attractions, with a fabulous road network and only a few miles from Newcastle and the Metro Centre.

Just outside Crawcrook Village on the border of Northumberland and Tyneside, it’s a super place to use as a base while you explore the many visitor attractions, most within an hour from the property. Only 6 miles from Gibside, a fabulous National Trust property with wonderful walks and home to some of the red kites spotted around the area. The pretty Roman town of Corbridge is only 25 minutes by car, where you can see some of the Roman Forts along the wall. The vibrant city of Newcastle is only 6 miles away; experience some real ‘Geordie’ hospitality whilst soaking in the atmosphere along the popular Grey Street oozing character, with the Theatre Royal and a wonderful selection of bars and restaurants for all ages. The iconic Quayside is a must; take a selfie under the famous Tyne Bridge for a lasting memory.

The Metro Centre is ideal for shoppers, or whilst ‘your other half’ is off to watch a football match at St James Park (6 miles). Tynemouth and Whitley Bay make a lovely change with a wonderful long flat promenade to stroll along with plenty of bespoke bars and cafés to keep everyone happy. Being only a few miles from the A69 or the A1, Beamish Open Air Museum is a fabulous day out, or the historic sites along Hadrian’s Wall is easy to get to.

    The bungalow was great. We had everything we needed.Family near by so able to cook for them Christmas day which was great.Cottage was fully equipped. Enclosed garden for the dog.Plenty of parking. Very quiet setting.
