Lovely location for the whole of Alnwick attractions, castle etc. Plenty of space for safe secure parking off road. Very well equipped property and very spacious. With the property being grade 2 the windows, being original, are quite drafty and rattley, we managed to stop the rattle with strategically placed cards and the window blinds helped at night, it being quite windy during our stay. The toilet steps are a little strange , with the bathrooms being quite small. I think a larger main bed would be a good addition, especially for more mature guests. With all this said we would stay here again but would appreciate some of my suggestions being implemented.

The back bedroom is rather dark , and the toilets rather high, and the pillows could do with replacing. A proper reading lamp would be useful in the seating area. These are minor issues as we really enjoyed our stay, and would come again . Thank you.
