Lundy Cottage was one of the most spotless holiday cottages I have ever stayed in. It is in a perfect location, and has a secure small back garden for the dog.Highly recommend if you are visiting Alnwick

The best equipped kitchen in a holiday home, I’ve ever used. We were able to actually cook full meals.The bedding and beds were very comfortable.The best book selection, we read several. Books you actually want to read.I will note that although this is ‘more than pet friendly’, generally where I have previously stayed, that means dogs are allowed everywhere. This isn’t the case here. The dogs are only allowed downstairs, which could be a positive or a negative, depending on your preference.

A Cosy, Homely Stay in Alnwick. We absolutely loved Lundy Cottage! It was cosy, clean & exceptionally homely. The beds were extremely comfy, & the cottage had everything we needed. It was in a great central location, being a 5-10 min walk from Barter Books, & Alnwick Gardens, & there were a number of supermarkets nearby. It's a great base for exploring Northumberland! David, the owner was lovely, & very responsive to a couple of queries we had. We can't wait to make a return trip! Nothing...it was perfect!
