A fantastic cottage in a great location, 10 mins drive to the beach, 15-20mins to Alnwick, about 30mins to Cragside. Very clean and comfortable in a picturesque village with friendly owners and neighbours. The garden, not shown in the photos, is accessed at the side of the cottage and is really lovely, though not fully enclosed. There are some great walks from the village, including to The Rocking Horse Cafe, which is very dog friendly. The nearest shop is the Co-op in Longhoughton, about 10 mins drive away. Great pizza from Embers in Embleton too.

The cottage is situated close enough to both the coast and Alnwick, with a short drive to Amble, Alnmouth, Craster, Embleton, Seahouses and Bamburgh. The cottage is very comfortable and clean with all the kitchen appliances needed for a short or long stay. The Scottish borders area is approximately 90 minutes away, as is Berwick. The outside area can accommodate more than one vehicle, there are also two relaxation areas for rest and recuperation.
