Bed was very comfortable. All very tidy. Unable to use the small patio area due to the weather and also a barking dog sometimes. Overall a pleasant stay Also within easy reach of several POI

The kitchen was well equipped however you cannot class this property as "dog friendly" We as most people respect the owners wishes and keep the dogs off of the furniture and beds which is acceptable however, - dogs are not permitted to go upstairs & asked to use stair gate - if you followed these rules the only place you could keep your pet at night would be in the hall way bottom of stairs no more than 2x2ft wide - external yard - small patio with small patio table & 4 chairs - looked very drab and unkept. - out the back door facing a very small area with rubbish bins, high grass / weeds - Not secure therefore dog to be kept on a lead at all times. - 2 dogs (obviously kept in the yard next door) continually scratching & creating a barking frenzy. therefore very unpleasant to sit out for numerous reasons, upsetting for us as well as our dog. - The worst part for us was getting into the bed, which has a very low soft mattress within a wooden frame, this made it hard to get in & out of the bed. but worst of all to find that the sheets smelt as if they had not been changed. I could still smell the sweat from someone else's odours. It was certainly no fresh linin changed, I had to purchase Febreze which is not acceptable. - The shower is almost falling apart, looking at the reviews from last year this had already been brought up by previous occupants. - No instructions on how to use the TV. The TV has to be turned on via the TV itself before you use the remote therefore you think the battery has run out All in all very disappointed, not a suitable accommodation if you like to sit outdoors or you have with you your beloved pet, we would not recommend this property. Upside nice area with a couple of local pubs for eats, local shop
