Excellent new built property all the amenities you will need including a charger at reasonable extra cost for an EV. Property is also easily accessible to major roads, train station and bus route. Also is within reasonable walking distance to the beach at south Blyth with beach huts, Cocktail bar/food and excellent fish shop and ice cream parlour.My only negative is the title it is called Sea view it is not as it sits in a new build housing estate, you would have to stand on the roof to possibly see it.This apart we definitely would stay there again if in that area.

The property is well appointed and well located to holiday in the North East. It was immaculate on arrival. Three minor criticism whilst it had lovely air con in the kitchen, fans for the bedrooms would have been good,and I don't understand the lack of toilet brushes and a mat to go in the bath and shower as it was very slippery. Please consider this if you are elderly or disabled. All in all a wonderful holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at South Beach. The house was extremely well equipped. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. We enjoyed the location. Quick access to Whitley Bay, Tyneside and of course South Beach. Also easy access to National Trust properties and of course coastal walks.
