About this property

22 Longstone Park is a homely, semi-detached property resting in Beadnell, Northumberland just a stone’s throw away from the beach. Perfect for a family, or a group of friends, this holiday home makes a great base for exploring Northumberland’s landscapes. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area which offers everything you could need for a self-catered stay, including a tidy and fully-fitted kitchen, an inviting seating area to relax in front of the TV after the day’s adventures and your own dining area to serve up your home cooked meals in. Once the sun starts to set, you can enjoy the view on the private lawn with a soothing cup of tea or a lovely glass of wine. After this, the double bedroom and bunk room invite you to your rest, while the shower room provides you with ample space to get ready for the day with a nice soak under the shower. Once you’ve made yourself at home, you can set off to see what Beadnell has to offer such as its popular beach populated with golden sands and sand dunes, before heading over to The Craster Arms to unwind in their beer garden and tuck into some delicious pub grub. Once on the road, you can find the Seahouses Golf Club for the sporty guests wanting to get outdoors and Preston Tower to be transported back to the 14th century amongst the ruins, which is a must-see with its wonderful views at the top. Further afield, you can find Bamburgh Lighthouse which is a terrific spot for bird watching and Alnwick castle which is one of the UK’s largest inhabited castles with events inspired by the Harry Potter films. Enjoy all of this and plenty more with your lovely escape to 22 Longstone Park.

This attractive and peaceful harbour village is situated beside one of the most beautiful stretches of Northumberland’s Heritage Coastline - Beadnell Bay. Established in Saxon times, Beadnell was once an important fishing village and a smuggler's haven. Nowadays, it is still a fishing village, but is equally popular with holidaymakers who come to enjoy its pretty harbour and, of course, the nearby sandy beaches. The village has a shop, two pubs and a café serving food. Popular Seahouses is just over a mile away and has shops, a supermarket and restaurants, and it also offers boat trips from the harbour to the magnificent Farne Islands - a haven for bird watchers. Bamburgh is close by, whilst the market town of Alnwick with its Castle and Gardens, shops, pubs and restaurants is a short drive away.
