Beautifully designed property, gorgeous use of space, obvious professional input. Everything is excellent quality, the company who own this property have not scrimped, and invested to ensure that people are happy. It’s a lovely spot, more private than other properties, even in high season I think. The dining room looks on to the back of a sand dune, and a citadel of rabbit homes, it was lovely to watch them from the extensive verandas. You can’t see the sea, but you can hear it clearly. Bernicia way is a holiday complex of high end holiday properties and will be busy in school holidays. We went end of February and it was very quiet. Thoroughly recommend this beautiful place

A lovely seaside house, our biggest disappointment was no firewood for the log burner, when booking in mid February and in the description initial logs included you expect to be able to light a fire on your first night..Under the blue sofa bed needs cleaning, I was looking for a lost object so we tipped it up finding lots of dust and debris including broken glass.Apart from these few issues we had a super time and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Excellent weekend at Seaspray and would definitely book again. Clean, warm and very well equipped. Superb location close to the beach and the Landings restaurant. Would have been useful to know we needed to take firewood but I probably just didn’t read the small print. Welcome tea, coffee, biscuits. Dishwasher appeared to be out of salt and rinse as had not cleaned previous guests dishes but not an issue.
