We had a great stay at The Dunes, great location for us. There a couple of things we had to address on arrival:Dog poo in the gardenDog hair and sand under sofas & sofa seating cushionsThere was and still is a full bin down the side of the houseThe bathroom downstairs probably needs the shower drainage clearing as the water took a while to drain, lots of sand in the tray when we arrived.Some cutlery was not clean.

We had a great holiday . We stay in Beadnell for the last 15 years but this is the worst holiday let we have stayed in. Not very clean, the TV's in 2 bedrooms not working , No baking trays, no lamp in the kids bedroom light, the fridge freezer frozen solid, the tiles on the shower room floor coming up, no bedroom door latch so the door wouldn't stay closed, the garden ? Looks like a scrap yard/building site with old bbq's uneven pavement which looks like the old step for a back door and lots of holes all over the garden. We did report this on the first day but we got no reply. But apart from this we will still stay in Beadnell.
