Exceptionally clean and thoughtfully well equipped . We didn’t use the gardens due to the time of year but they were very well maintained with plenty of outdoor furniture. The cottage was warm and cosy and felt like home . The neighbourhood is familiar to us as we have stayed at other properties on the road and the neighbours next door were friendly and helpful. A short walk to the dog friendly beach perfect for our 2 dogs . We would highly recommend the Sandpiper and the area

Lovely, well maintained bungalow in a great location very close to the sea and the coast path. Dog friendly, easy to find and a great place for a holiday . Nearby pubs and facilities v good too. The only very slight niggle was we ran out of washing up liquid and toilet tissue during the stay and spares would be good.

Excellent location for beach walks and local pub for evening meals. Beach and the pub within walking distance. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a really enjoyable long weekend.
