Great location, but found the bungalow to be quite cold on day of arrival and Sunday 15 Match , when evening temp outside dropped to 3 degrees. The bathroom radiator waS set to only come on for one hour at around 8.15am and same around 8pm. Very cold bathroom indeed. The electric radiators would not reach more than 18c so it wasn't comfortable in the evenings sitting indoors. Would be ok in warmer months

Exceptionally clean and thoughtfully well equipped . We didn’t use the gardens due to the time of year but they were very well maintained with plenty of outdoor furniture. The cottage was warm and cosy and felt like home . The neighbourhood is familiar to us as we have stayed at other properties on the road and the neighbours next door were friendly and helpful. A short walk to the dog friendly beach perfect for our 2 dogs . We would highly recommend the Sandpiper and the area
