We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully decorated, thoughtfully equipped home. The location is ideal for sightseeing around Northumberland, with the added bonus of being just a 10-minute walk from Morpeth station—perfect for hassle-free day trips to Newcastle or Edinburgh (just 1hr 15mins away). We also loved exploring the many spectacular National Trust properties nearby.Duncan was a superb host, always on hand with helpful information and excellent local restaurant recommendations. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Lovely house to stay in with family and my dog. 15 minute walk down into Morpeth. We used the BBQ in the lovely sunshine and it was nice and easy to use. Lovely garden furniture in an absolute sun trap. Host amazingly responsive. Everything you need in the kitchen and a super bathroom. Beds and pillows some of the best we have ever slept with! Well placed to jump in the car and explore, also close to the train station for further afield.

Duncan was so helpful on any questions we had. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. Loved sitting in the conservatory. Ideally situated for buses and trains, an easy walk into Morpeth which is worth a visit.Northumberland is a beautiful part of the country to visit.
