Alnwick also offers the attractions of Alnwick Garden. Look around the small town exploring the cobbled streets and shops.
The beaches up the Northumberland Coast aonb remain unspoilt and underpopulated so there is always a place to find some seclusion should you wish, Cresswell and Druridge Bay beaches remain isolated most of the time and are only a short drive south. Whilst in Northumberland why not take a trip over to Hadrian’s Wall for a completely different day trip away from the coast and discover more about the Romans and the famous Roman wall? Excellent place with comfy beds and everything you need for a great stay. The arrival gifts were very thoughtful too.We were blessed with amazing weather so we were out most of the time but it was good to see the dvds, books and games that would’ve kept us amused if we were dodging the rain. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking from scratch too which was fantastic. We didn’t travel far because the local beach’s were so great.A very relaxing stay, thank you.
