Lovely house with lots of room. Wouldn't stay if warmer months as little outdoor space. Car parking can be an issue as only on street parking which was very full. Let lock needs oiling as quiet hard occasionally to unlock The rooms are great and comfortable. Heating needs to be on a low heat for arrivals as was freeziing when we arrivedNice games in cupboard for kids to play.

We have stayed in several properties in the Newbiggin area over the last few years as we have family a short drive away. We like being able to walk to the beach. It is slightly futher away from the shops/fish and chips on the high street but is still walkable.This beach house is one of the best equipped we have stayed in. It was very spacious and we felt really at home.There were lots of "extras" we were not expecting and the toys/games were an added bonus for our grandchildren.The property was spotless and nice and warm.We were able to park right outside the house most of the time.We will definately look to book again soon.
