The park are unable to accommodate any commercial vehicles parked at the lodges. If this applies please leave them at the reception.
Wi-Fi is available at a charge, however it is slower than a landline Wi-Fi signal as the trees can sometimes disrupt the strength. Wi-Fi at Ladera is very intermittent so please be aware of this before arrival.
Security Deposit: Please note that a security deposit of £250, payable directly to the park via bank transfer, is required prior to arrival. A representative from the park will contact you to arrange payment. The deposit will be refunded back onto your card shortly after bank details have been provided for the transfer.
Arrival Information: Check in is between 4pm - 6.30pm, if you are going to arrive after 6.30pm please call the park to arrange.Facilities: Please be aware that your hot tub may not be up to optimum temperature on your day of arrival due to water change and maintenance.Fast Broadband Internet has now been implemented on site.NO gas BBQ,s are permitted on the park but guests can bring their own disposable BBQ's-These have to be raised from the ground.Ladera Retreat Lodges reception staff will contact you prior to arrival with all the necessary check in details.

The location was exactly what we wanted: an easy Uber into Congleton & about 20min walk to the local pub (which does a lovely Sunday lunch!) The lodge was super clean. Bedding was clean & comfortable. The shower was hot & powerful. The hot tub was set up & good to go. The park was quiet & private, set in the woodland. Perfect for a quiet weekend away from the world. The only gripe was the security deposit. On the morning we were due to leave I received a text from an unknown number stating they were from the park & required £150 deposit to be paid ( not details held!) prior to being able to acces the lodge. They do not give out the key code until this deposit is paid. Its all in the details but its not clear to see & I made several calls before paying to ensure the number was legitimate. It was & the deposit was paid back in full within 24hrs however it stung a bit as the money leaves your bank!

A beautiful little gem of a place. This was a mother and daughter trip , to get away from it all for some relaxation and we sure did , very peaceful, hot tub was a lovely touch , a beautiful and spotles cabin, will definitely return
