The location is beautiful, very peaceful and clearly well maintained by on site staff. We had many isues with the boiler and heating, but the accommodation staff were on it straight away. On site staff and reception were exceptionally good and very friendly. There was however an isue with the cleanlines of the cabin, upon arrival there was lots of dust on the walls, shelves, cobwebs, and grease and grime on the kitchen extractor. Myself and my partner also found an adult toy down the side of the bed that was greasy and overall just unpleasant to have to sort out ourselves, this was very visible when walking through the door and something that the cleaner shouldnt have mised prior to our arrival. The dishwasher didnt work at all. And stains on the bathroom floor that looked to have been present for some while. However we cannot fault the hot tub facility, very clean and well maintained. The cabin could do with small renovations and is showing wear with the kitchen cupboards etc.

Cabin was lovely, nice and clean and in a very serene location. Hot tub was easy to use and very clean, and staff members were friendly and helpful. Ceiling in our bedroom was a little leaky on the last night, but no other isues. Would definitely come back

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Woodpecker Cabins. I booked this for my one year with my girlfriend and we both had a wonderful time... the staff were very lovely and helped me plan a surprise as well... Hot tub was easy to use and very relaxing. All in all would 100% recommend this places to families and couples who need a week awak from home :)
