A lovely stay at the stable. Everything we needed was in the cottage. Well equipped. A lovely welcome and a welcome pack on arrival. The hot tub was nice after a day exploring with the added extra of visits from the emus. My grandson loved going out to the animals and our dog enjoyed the enclosed garden. She wasnt quite sure on the emus at first. A perfect location to spend our 40th anniversary with family. We were 5 minutes from Carlisle and all the shops. We also explored in Scotland which was 15 minutes the other way. An amazing stay would highly recommend.

We recently stayed at The Stables at Mount Farm celebrating a birthday with family, friends and 2 dogs. Everything was great, host and her family all very helpful and welcoming. The cottage was lovely and clean and everything you needed was there. Comfy beds and lots of towels. The bonuses were the hot tub with amazing views and a roof, so could be used in the rain, all the farm animals, and entertainment from the EMUs. There was even nice garden furniture and a bbq. Very safe garden for dogs. Will definitely be back and highly recommend. Thank you
