The Police Station has been converted from the former courthouse and commands a prominent position in the popular town of Silloth. It is an historic building set just off the cobbled promenade, and the cottage has been renovated to a very good standard to provide a fantastic holiday home by the sea. It makes a great base if you’re looking for a coastal escape, and this delightful Victorian seaside town has a lot to offer.
This entire house has a lovely downstairs space with a spacious kitchen/dining room, and a bright living room with French doors opening onto a courtyard. There is a modern shower room on the ground floor and upstairs has a double and single bedroom, as well as a further shower room.
Silloth itself is a hidden gem along the Cumbrian coastline, offering a wealth of attractions and activities year-round. The property’s proximity to the promenade means that a leisurely stroll by the sea is always within reach.
