My third stay at this excellent flat, the last time being in 2021 and it still wowed me as much as the first time. Still as pristine with excellent, tasteful, and comfortable furniture amd fumishings and a bright, spacious and excellently equipped kitchen. It feels as if the owners have considered every detail for an enjoyable stay. The flat is in an excellent position overlooking the wharf and within eaay walking distance to the lovely little town. The locals are friendly and there are many independent shops and coffee stops and pubs and restaurants too. The lower promenade is also adjacent with a great new cafe serving excellent coffee, home made cakes and light lunches. There are many places nearby to visit, Cockermouth Whitehavem, St Bees, Silloth Ravenglass and many more. Also easy access to the Western Lakes, and great walking/hiking.The owner is friendly, helpful and quick to respond when contacted.Very highly recommended!
