The staff are commended for being helpful and responsive, particularly in resolving issues promptly. The area is appreciated for its proximity to both coast and mountains, despite occasional access issues due to weather. The caravan park is noted for being well-maintained and peaceful.

The caravan is consistently described as very clean and tidy, with only one mention of a dirty tea towel, which seems to be an isolated incident.

The location is generally liked for its access to the coast and mountains, but there is a mention of roads being prone to flooding, which could affect accessibility.

Comfort is highlighted with mentions of lovely furnishings and comfy beds. One comment suggested a desire for a more powerful shower, but this was not a major issue.

Facilities are well-regarded, with a minor issue with the heating being quickly resolved. However, there are comments about the TV and Wi-Fi not being up to standard, and a suggestion for a hand bar by the steps.

There are no mentions of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the hosts, so it is not possible to assess this category.

Helpful staff. Quick to solve queries. Nice area for seeing coast and mountains. Roads to Millom liable to slight flooding in heavy rain.
