had everything we needed for a short break.

We found the duvet too warm and there was no alternative bedding. We enjoy walking and birdwatching but there was no where to hang wet coats away from the furniture. A floor tray in the hall would be useful for damp/dirty boots to protect the flooring. All in all a great location for a quiet, relaxing break. Thank you.

Beautiful views and in a good position to tour the Lakes and cross the border into Scotland. Lovely of the hosts to pop by to make sure everything was OK too. Would happily visit again and recommend.
