Underfell is a beautiful semi-detached property based in Burton-in-Kendal, Cumbria. The property is all located on the ground floor and has been renovated into a modern holiday home, with contemporary fittings and furnishings for your comfort. It is perfect for friends to gather together and enjoy this wonderful part of Cumbria. The interior consists of a main bedroom with a flat screen TV, and a single bedroom. Both bedrooms have doors leading out into the garden. It has a modern bathroom, which acts as a wet room, with an exquisite shower. There is an open-plan living room, fitted kitchen and dining area which seats three, as well as a breakfast bar.
Not to forget the Nespresso coffee maker for the caffeine enthusiasts. The living room is bright and spacious, with comfortable seating and wooden flooring. There are patio doors which slide open to the garden. There is an additional living area with ample seating, and a bookcase stocked with plenty of reading materials. Outside, you will find an enclosed, spacious garden with a patio area. Local attractions include Arnside and Silverdale, which are nature reserves offering scenic walking trails amid wildflowers, birds and butterflies. For the more adventurous, visit Hutton Roof Crags, a 900-foot hill with a large area of limestone pavements, a nature reserve and woodland.

Beautiful property for our stay. Was met by the owner Gareth on arrival who couldnât have been more welcoming. The flat/bungalow is modern & spotlessly clean with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Fantastic fittings, top quality bedding and every mod con you could want. Fantastic private garden and patio area for the dog. Plenty of local information to hand and Gareth made it clear he was at the end of the phone if we needed anything. Small village pub just a walk away but lots to do in the surrounding area. Would highly recommend, Gareth and Kirstie, you had thought of everything to make any guest more than comfortable. Hope to see you again.

It is a good location for touring the area, there is even a bus stop just a few minutes walk, where there is an hourly service to Lancaster or the Lakes. The furnishing is very dog friendly including a full enclosed, fenced grass garden again very much with guests and their dog in mind. They have ample hard standing car parking, and Gareth the owner even left a bottle of de-icer on our door step on a frosty morning, perfect customer care.

Everything you need, warm, comfortable, cosy and out dogs loved the safe and secure garden. The host was very helpful and friendly when we arrived and nothing would have been too much trouble if we need anything. Would love to come back again.
