There was lots of information advising what would be available when you book. However there was lots more. A lovely welcome gift for us and our little Frenchie Buster. This is a gorgeous cosy cottage, a 2 minute walk to the local shop and pub, another lovely bakery a 15 minute walk away and a train station 2 minutes up the road. There was loads of little extras that are not detailed on the site. Tea, Coffee and sugar are provided as well as an iron, ironing board (should you wish to iron) and 2 umbrellas as you can not predict the weather. The bed was so soft and comfy, the whole cottage was just perfect. We have had a most relaxed break just what we needed. Will definitely be looking to book again. Thank you so much your cottage is gorgeous.

Ideal for exploring the lakes and coast, we really enjoyed a trip on the steam train and boat. The enclosed courtyard was ideal for our young cocker spaniel and we found a couple of lovely beaches for him to have a run on! Would definitely recommend Lavender Cottage and hope to return

Everything you could possibly need and more is there. The welcome pack was very well received by us and our dog, Oscar. Thankyou for making it an extra special Christmas for us. It is in a lovely spot and even with the bad weather we had some great days out. Karen, Kevin and Oscar
