Absolutely beautiful house, in a stunning location only 10 minutes drive from Kendal. The house was spotles and plenty big enough for our group of 10, plus a dog. We had a brilliant stay and couldnt have asked for anything more from the house. Only thing to note is the 2 spots available for parking and that the neighbours are very on it with this (we parked in the wrong spot and they came straight over), so be mindful.

We had a wonderful stay at Meadow View Barn — a perfect escape from city life to the peaceful countryside. The house is incredibly spacious, with luxurious bathrooms, soft fluffy towels, and wonderfully comfortable beds. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with everything you could need. The views from the upstairs lounge are beautiful during the day, and at night we were treated to stunning dark skies — we were even lucky enough to see the Northern Lights! Kendal is less than a 10-minute drive away, so shops and amenities are conveniently close by.
