Converted into a split level detached holiday bungalow from the former Gaisgill Station, light and airy, furnished to a very good standard, in Danish style, and with a power shower over the bath. Adjacent to the owner’s home, between the Lakes and Dales National Parks (both within 20 minutes’ drive), in the Lune Valley, great for walking. The A685 is to the side of Gaisgill, with access to the Howgills. Settle to Carlisle rail link at Kirkby Stephen. Pub 1½ miles, shop 2 miles.

We had the most amazing stay the bungalow has spectacular views from the living and dining areas and from the main bedroom you can sit on the bed and look out to see for miles across the hills, every thing you will need for a perfect stay is there for you to enjoy, even down to lots of bird feeders where you can watch lots of different types of birds, we even got to see a black and white wood pecker we would recommend 100 percent this lovely waiting room bungalow.

Lovely cottage, well equipped. Very clean and comfortable. Fantastic garden which our dog loved walking around (not enclosed). The owners are fantastic, very toughtfull, frendly and helpfull. The welcome pack was very helpfull as our food delivery was delayed by over 1hr.
