Behind a hidden side street, tucked in the small town of Sedbergh, is this quaint three-storey property, Pine Cottage. Perfect for a couple's romantic break to the Yorkshire Dales or a trip with a small group of friends, it offers a delightful base for your adventures in Cumbria. Step inside and be welcomed into a neat open-plan living space, where a woodburning stove adds a classic cottage feel, and a sofa and TV provide a relaxing spot for a quiet evening. A small dining table tucked to the side and some folding chairs act as a cute dining area, with the kitchen home to a gas oven and hob and a fridge, for when you're not dining out in and around the area at the many excellent restaurants. Make your way up the stairs to find the first bedroom; a double room with plenty of storage space and a light and airy interior. On the second floor you can find the lovely bathroom, complete with a bath and shower over, as well as another bedroom, this one home to a single day bed, to be used for an extra guest or as a peaceful reading spot, with an abundance of light from the Velux window. Killington Lake lies less than ten miles away and is a haven for water sport enthusiasts with opportunities for dinghy sailing, windsurfing and canoeing, as well as fishing available and the site is popular with birdwatchers too.
