Each property has a patio area with picnic benches, where guests can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding area. In the parish of Quernmore, the properties are just a short drive from the historic town of Lancaster where there are numerous pubs and restaurants. Leisure facilities nearby include golf courses and the historic Williamson’s Park, which has the beautiful Ashton Memorial and the Butterfly House. Lancaster also has a castle, where the Pendle witches were brought for trial. Lovely cottage, superbly located. Comfortable, cosy and well equipped. Would definitely go back.

The cottage was clean, comfortable and the views were amazing. The one thing that let the cottage down was the fact that there were howling dogs all night long. I live in a rural area so understand that the cottage being on a farm is going to result in some noises etc, however, we barely slept because of the dogs howling continuously throughout the night.
