We had a lovely Christmas break at Seagull cottage. The location was perfect for hosting family who live locally. Plenty of room for us to sit and play board games, and the cottage was felt dog friendly for our pup Vera with lots of throws and a box of treats. Walks from the front door to the barrow and the beach were glorious in the frosty sunshine too. Everything that we needed was provided our only comment would be to install a bigger fridge but luckily it was cold enough outside to keep most things fresh. We would 100% recommend and return.

We loved staying in this charming old cottage. The kitchen is well equipped. The shower is great. The cottage was cleaned to a good standard. There is a lovely well kept court yard with lovely planting. Nicely kept front area. Pretty stained glass windows.The host gave us some valuable information and tips.Heysham is a historic place and there were plenty things of interest all around. Great area for walking. Cafés, restaurants, take aways and shops nearby.Local people were very friendly and helpful.

Loved every day here. The location was brilliant the cottage was home from.home we stayed extra days as we felt so happy and relaxed
