Would definitely recommend approaching New House Lane from Broad Lane. Sat nav took us down to Bells Bridge Lane when we headed to Garstang and it is single track no passing places with bends in the road!!! Also horses use this. Everything you could possibly need for a stay. Beautiful crisp bedding, towels were found in the chest of drawers. I brought dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid, scourer and tea towel but they were provided. Fabulous to have the log fire, even though it wasnât cold it was still nice to burn a couple of logs. Topped up the kindling and firefighters before we left. The shower wasnât powerful and tricky to keep the temperature regulated. Certainly didnât affect the enjoyment of our stay. Was wonderful to have the enclosed courtyard especially having our dogs with us, felt at ease having the door open. Lovely touch having the dog biscuits, thanks from them!!! Thank you from us all

Garden good for dog and it was nice and homely used the log fire which was nice. Just a few things which could improve the stay . No instructions to rubbish bins and recycling so had to guess which bin to use. There are some chipped crockery which needs replacing. Please invest in a knife sharpener as the knives were painful to use.
