Wonderful place , from the ducks , horses & swans to the rabbits that come out on the evening .always something to see . Bathrooms could do with a little TLC but very clean & the kitchen is great, all you need got your stay . So close to all places , StAnnes , Fleetwood , Blackpool. And places in between . Found a great garden centre , fantastic restaurant too . Would deffo go again & reccomend

Woodpecker Lodge has a beautiful view of the duck pond and you feel as if you are in the country but 5/10 mins by car to Poulton Le Fylde. Irene the host is on site and extremely helpful. It is very dog friendly. I would visit again.
