Ideally located just minutes from both Blackpool and Fleetwood, who could want for a better location. This lovely apartment offers guests a modern open plan living area with a breakfast bar to enjoy your morning coffee, Kays also boasts two comfortable bedrooms and a walk-in wet room.
Situated in the heart of popular Cleveleys with its many shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Cleveleys beach is located just a stone’s throw away, or you could jump on the tram into Blackpool to take advantage of all that this renowned holiday resort has to offer, including Blackpool Pleasure Beach, the famous Blackpool Tower, Madame Tussauds and Sandcastle Water Park. Stanley Park and Blackpool Zoo are also just a mile away from Kays.
The fishing town of Fleetwood is just 3 miles away, with its Marine Hall, museum, market and the popular Freeport Outlet shopping village. There is a tram stop just a few minutes’ walk away, which will take you to both Blackpool and Fleetwood, taking away the hassle of going by car. The iconic Blackpool illuminations run from the end of August for 10 weeks. This world-famous light show sees illuminations all along the Golden Mile.
Being just a tram ride away from Blackpool North’s railway station, walking distance to the beach and with the award-winning Kays fish and chip shop nearby , means that you could also take a break at Kays without needing a car. Beach 150 yards. Shop 100 yards, pub 150 yards and restaurant 50 yards.

Because we were two elderly ladies I would not recommend Kays because of the steps to the apartment. Deliveries to B& M next door came between 5am and 6am they were noisy and woke us up. Small things like bags in rubbish bins and not enough towels (only two hand and one bath). Otherwise very clean and comfortable, location excellant for buses, trams and shopping.

The apartment was beautifully clean.The venue is conveniently next door to the Bus Station, the Promenade and the main shopping street.The only potential drawback is the long staircase to enter the apartment, which is challenging for people of a certain age.Thanks for everything.

Our holiay was great. The appartment was lovely, clean and comfortable. We travel on public transport and with the bus station outside and tram stop close by, Blackpool & Fleetwood were easy to access. We give the accomodation 10/10 and would defo come again.We visited Kays chippy once and foud the food really tasty. Well done
