Archie's Cottage was a cosy place where you could relax, enjoy the sound of waves crashing and sea birds calling.Only thing to be aware of is the steepness of the road leading to row of houses. Other than that you can't fault its location, hospitality shown on arrival, cleanliness etc.If you're not used to stairs the cottage is based over 3 floors with wonderful views of the sea.

Absolutely loved our stay here, we spent a long weekend in bleak October by the sea. I expected to be cold however the sun shone and the cottage was super cosy.Very impressed by the indoor space and with 3 bedrooms, single/double/twin, there is plenty room. My son (5) found the 'games cupboard' so we had plenty to play with and a few new books to read at bedtime.The treat box was most welcome as was the milk & wine in the fridge, a lovely touch.We had a great time and will most likely be back!

Comfy and well equipped. Nice touch with the goodies hamper. Warm, clean and cosy. The garden is a bit of a let down due to weeds. It would be a health and safety risk to go up the steps to the summerhouse due to large plants growing over the steps.
