This wonderful holiday home is located in the fantastic village of Hognaston, close to many walks and cycle routes plus the well known activities available at Carsington Waters. Many families also choose this location if they are visiting Alton Towers Theme Park. You have plenty of towns nearby to explore, the nearest being the old market town of Ashbourne plus sites such as the Dovedale stepping stones and Chatsworth House.
Mills Croft underwent renovations in early 2022 where the owners lovingly restored this property, it is now finished to a modern spec with holiday makers in mind meeting all your needs. On the ground floor is a cosy sitting room with smart TV, the kitchen is an open plan sociable space with breakfast bar and dining area, it is kitted out with all the appliances you should require to easily whip up your favourite meals, off from the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and downstairs toilet.
Upstairs there are three good size bedrooms, the master has a king size bed, the second bedroom is a double but can be made into twin beds upon request and the third bedroom is a single bed with a pull-out bed underneath, on the first floor there is also the family bathroom with shower over bath. Outside there is a large garden beautifully laid with flower beds and a decking area, there is also a secure cycle store available. The front of the property is gravelled with a driveway for a car.
