Lying amongst the luscious rolling fields of the Peak District National Park, in the hamlet of Coldeaton, Owls Barn offers a wonderful haven for a family or group of six to call home during their adventures across Derbyshire. Step inside and notice the beautiful bespoke oak staircase before heading into the living/dining room, a social space to unwind whether gathered at the oak dining table or reclining on the plush corner sofa watching the Smart TV. The kitchen is a stunning space with hidden integrated appliances and a stylish breakfast bar, with a door leading to the front patio outside where you can dine alfresco or sip your morning coffee. The ground floor is completed by a handy downstairs cloakroom. On the first floor, discover three beautiful bedrooms: a king-size, a double and a twin room, each benefitting from a Smart TV and solid oak furniture. Hartington lies in the Peak District National Park within the Dove Valley, offering a fantastic base for an adventure to Derbyshire. The village has been a popular rural retreat for a number of years thanks to being within easy reach of all the popular Peak District areas and attractions like Buxton, Bakewell and Matlock. The village is home to local shops, a cheese shop, traditional pubs and lovely tearooms, and is nearby to the Tissington Trail.
