Tick Tock cottage is located in this highly sought after village of Baslow, the open plan living space is perfect for a social stay with family or friends, and is on the doorstep of the Peak District’s biggest asset, Chatsworth House. Baslow itself has plenty to offer with delicious food offerings at the local pub and restaurant, a convenience store and plenty more.
The accommodation is made up of a living area that has high quality furnishings complete with a 42” Panasonic TV.. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar along with a dining table to seat four guests. Dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer On this floor you will also find a utility room with dryer and washing machine, and a downstairs toilet. Upstairs are two good size bedrooms that have superking zip and link beds, which can be made into twin beds at your request. The bathroom has a bath and separate cubicle shower. Outside you have private use of a courtyard with BBQ and furniture and use of the further garden space shared with the owner.
The local scenery from this property is outstanding and will instantly make you feel relaxed from the peaceful and undisturbed views. This cottage really is the perfect nest in the centre of the Peak District.

A great cottage for a family - all four of us of loved it, including our 10yo and 7yo. It's really comfortable with a good amount of space and it had everything we needed during our stay. Angus is really friendly and helpful too. The location is perfect for exploring the Peak District, with many attractions within easy reach. Good places to eat in Baslow too - we loved the Devonshire Arms.

Tick lock cottage is ideally located for amenities and discovering the Derbyshire Dale's and Peak district. We had a lovely week and would definitely stay again.
