Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet. .  Night storage heaters, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.  Highchair.  Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer (shared). .  Small patio area with chairs.  Private parking.  No smoking. .  These 4 quality and characterful barn conversions are set in striking ’White Peak’ scenery and each enjoys one of the most breathtaking views in the Peak Park, across to the jagged and dramatic Chrome and Parkhouse hills.  There are some lovely walks to be enjoyed in the area.  The pretty market towns of Buxton, 4 miles, and Bakewell, 12 miles, and the village of Hartington, 5 miles, are an easy drive from the properties.  Climbing at the Roaches and Froggatt, the caves at Castleton, Chatsworth House and Alton Towers theme park are all under a 30-minute drive away.  Three of the properties (refs 10847, 10848 and 10849) are single-storey and suited to partially disabled guests.  Harebell Hill (ref 10848) has its own garden with chairs and has 4 steps to the front door, with Poppies Court (ref 10847) having two steps.  Their creative conversions have given the properties individual charm, with old stone arches, high vaulted ceilings and original beams.  Jerusalem Cottage (ref 9603), 120 yards across the road from the other properties,. . .

    Fantastischer Ausblick und wunderschöne Landschaft. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und die Schlüsselabgabe war sehr unkompliziert. Das Cottage war sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Gegend ist wunderschön zum Wandern. Einige Berge direkt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wenn man ein Auto hat ist die Anreise Problemfrei. (Ohne Auto vielleicht eher schwer).

    The friendly host met us on arrival and let us in to the property, which has a parking spot immediately outside the front door. A pint of milk and a packet of chocolate biscuits had been left for us, which was a lovely touch. The cottage is just the right size for two people and the facilities were fine for our stay of a few days. Everything was clean and in full working order and the wi-fi signal was strong. The location is a relatively short drive for visits to Buxton and Bakewell (and thereby Chatsworth House).

    The property was very clean , all appliances worked , a good sized fridge and freezer for two. A nice electric fan heater built into a fake log burner . Able to have a bath or shower . Plenty of lights and sockets . Parking directly outside the door .
