This quirky property features a large sitting room on the ground floor with 8 ball American Pool table and games to use along with a TV. Down a flight of stairs to the basement you will find a snug area to use, equipped with a PlayStation, comfy armchairs and a pinball machine alongside 2 single bedrooms and a shower room, perfect for the teenagers! The ground floor has a large lounge/games room, a toilet and a utility room perfect for taking off your boots and cleaning those mucky dog paws. Take the stairs to the first floor and you will discover a well-equipped kitchen, double bedroom and family bathroom. The second living room area is located on the first floor with leather reclining sofa, armchairs and a dining area big enough to seat everyone comfortably, and with a great view of the Dales. A door leads to another single bedroom and off this living area the spiral staircase leads to another landing area, and a bedroom with twin beds.

This really is a perfect property for a group of families to gather. Outside makes use of the courtyard garden with seating and your very own pizza oven to enjoy when you return from your adventures. This is a friendly and welcoming area, so please be considerate to the neighbours by keeping the noise to a minimum after 10pm. Darley Dale and the surrounding areas are a haven for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. The Dales are home to some of the most magnificent countryside in England. You’re sure to find something to interest you. Chatsworth is 15 minutes away, as is the historic market town of Bakewell, with its many eateries and great shops.

Matlock Bath, 10 minutes away, has been attracting visitors to the area since the spa was developed in the late 17th century. Set beside the beautiful, wooded gorge of the River Derwent, Matlock Bath offers a range of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as a host of attractions including Gulliver’s Kingdom and the Peak District Mining Museum. Magnificent views down the gorge can be enjoyed from the cable car which takes visitors up to the Heights of Abraham – a great place for all the family with its show caves, nature trail, water gardens and Owl Maze. South of the town at Cromford Mill is the start of the High Peak Cycle Trail, whilst a short drive away is the National Tramway Museum at Crich.
