Wirksworth is a market town situated just a few miles from Matlock. The town offers a leisure centre, an art deco cinema, a weekly and monthly farmers' market. Visitors will enjoy exploring the Puzzle Gardens, along with the Heritage Centre, as well as nearby Carsington Water, Black Rocks and the High Peak Trail.
