Bings Farm House is consistently praised for its cleanliness, cosy atmosphere, and stunning location with great views. Guests appreciate the well-equipped facilities, welcoming owners, and the property's proximity to local amenities and walking paths. The cottage's charm, including a log burner and comfortable beds, contributes to a relaxing stay. Some minor feedback on dated sofas and a desire for more kitchenware does little to detract from the overall positive experience.
Guests frequently mention the property's cleanliness, describing it as 'nice and clean' and 'very clean and comfortable,' indicating a high standard of cleanliness throughout the cottage.
The location is highly praised for its great views, quietness, and convenience, being a short walk to village pubs, shops, and excellent dog-walking areas. The proximity to local amenities and the train station is also appreciated.
The cottage is described as cosy, comfortable, and spacious, with comfortable beds and a cosy fill from the fires. However, there is some feedback about dated and lumpy sofas, which slightly affects the comfort score.
Facilities are generally well-regarded, with mentions of a well-equipped kitchen and the convenience of two shower rooms. However, guests suggested the addition of more mugs and glasses, and there was an issue with the boiler, which was quickly resolved.
While guests mention a 'nice welcome pack,' there is not enough information to determine the consistency of such gestures or their impact on the overall experience. Therefore, it is politely noted that such gifts are not guaranteed and the score is set to null.

Lovely place, great views. Nice and clean. Used both fires for a cosy fill. Central heating really good. Well equipped and nice welcome pack. Short walk down hill on footpath to village pubs, shops and takeaways. Overall a great weekend away.

We had a wonderful post- Christmas break at this property. It was spacious and cosy. The amenities of Whaley Bridge are five minutes away down the footpath and the dogwalking is nearby and excellent for dogs that walk off lead.

A lovely house in a good location for us with plenty of walks nearby and places to visit. An issue when the boiler stopped working was very quickly sorted out.Only thing we were surprised by was the amount of security lights in the area. Coming from dark skies area in South Downs National Park we were not used to this, luckily the curtains were thick.
